<p><strong>What is my birthstone?</strong></p>
<p>Please refer to the birthstone chart under “About Birthstones” or <a href="/pages/about-birthstones">click here</a>.</p>
<p><strong>I thought my birthstone is different from the one you use. Which is correct?</strong></p>
<p>Although birthstone charts differ slightly around the world, we generally follow the list that was agreed to by the National Association of Jewelers in 1912. We use only genuine cut stones, and offer semi-precious alternatives for the precious stones diamond (white sapphire), emerald (Siberian emerald), ruby (rubellite), and sapphire (iolite).</p>
<p><strong>What order will the stones be placed in?</strong></p>
<p>The stones will be placed counter clockwise from the top of the pendant in the order selected.</p>
<p><strong>How long will my order take to deliver?</strong></p>
<p>Please allow 5 business days for silver, and 10 business days for gold for your pendant to be customized. Rings ship within 2 business days. We ship all orders via <span class="caps">USPS</span> priority mail (2 – 3 days) for a flat rate of $7.95.</p>
<p><strong>Do you accept returns?</strong></p>
<p>We regret that we cannot accept returns for customized products, like the Moon & Stars Birthstone Necklace, except in the case of a product defect. This is because the necklace is made just for you, and cannot be re-used. Please make your stone selections carefully and review your order before placing it. We do accept returns on non-customized product, such as the Crescent Moon Stacking Birthstone Rings, within 60 days of purchase. To inquire about the returns process, please send an email to service@lunaandstella.com and we will reply within 24 hours.</p>

<p>Our privacy policy is simple: we do not share your information with anyone for any reason. We do not sell our customers’ addresses or emails to any other company or organization.</p>
