Antique English Sterling Silver Envelope Charm

This whimsical envelope charm is made of English sterling silver and features working hinges so the envelope can be opened and shut.  Made in Birmingham, England in 1903, this piece bears the hallmarks for its date (d), silver material (lion), and location (anchor). The letter "A" and date"1903" are inscribed on the back. Paired with one of our antique silver chains, this charm can be worn both as a pendant or in a cluster of charms.
