Antique Sterling Silver Swirling Heart Charm

This heart charm is made of sterling silver and features a smooth center surrounded by a raised and textured curlicue border. The initials "HP" are finely etched on the back. Paired with one of our new silver chains, this heart pendant can be worn both as a pendant or in a cluster of charms.
